Giovanna Battaglia: Sporty Spice

I laughed aloud at Giovanna Battaglia's stylish wit when I saw the title of this editorial in the February issue of W Magazine: "Sporty Spice." Gio invokes the Spice Girls — divertente! Her cleverness does not end with the title either, Giovanna's styling of these images is brilliant, her sense of color and form is exquisite. Tom Munro snapped the vivid spreads. I must say this is sporty chic at its finest.

The spice girls will always draw attention. I think it was smart to use this to catch the public's eye.
